My Dialogic D/600JCT-2E1 Card Problem

I 've just got an Dialogic card: D/600JCT-2E1 but when I run Talker32, it alway hang up. I have:

- IBM PC with Window 2000 Adv Server, SP4, 1G RAM

- installed: SR 511 with SP1, global call protocol 4.3

- configured: Dialogic Wave Driver 1.x and Dialogic Generation 2 Service Provider for NT

- Dialogic service start with no error in System log.

- there are two green light in the card

When I debug my own program, it alway stop forever at command: TapiObj->Initialize

Please help me, what I can do to solve problem?
